Call for Abstracts

The ICES 2024 Executive Board is pleased to announce the call for abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations. The submission period begins on July 1, 2023, and closes on September 30, 2023. A lucrative award will be given for the best paper presented orally or as a poster.

To submit abstracts for oral presentations and posters, please visit https://ices2024.gces.network. The conference invites abstracts on various public health and clinical tracks which are listed below under the key dates.

• All the delegates submitting the abstract must have registered for the conference. Abstract must be submitted via online submission portal on website only.
• Abstracts previously published at any journals or presented at any conferences should not be submitted.
• Abstract should be structured under the following headings with a word limit of 300. Conference registration id, Title, Names of authors with designations, Presenting author’s name in bold followed by the body of the abstract consisting of Background, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion. You can view quality guidelines from the following link.
• The abstract must be in Arial 12 with justified paragraphs.
• The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reproduce the abstract in ICES2024 souvenir in print or electronic media.
• You will receive an abstract reference number via email after you have submitted your abstract. Please refer to this abstract number in all correspondence regarding the abstract.
• The Scientific Committee will review the abstracts and confirmation regarding the acceptance and mode of presentation will be communicated. In all instances, the decision of the committee will be full and final.
• The deadline for abstract submission is 30^th September, 2023.
